We always need more volunteers and fresh ideas, so do get involved!
Come to PSA meetings:
We meet most Fridays at 9.15am in the dining hall to discuss ideas and prepare for events… and maybe have a cup of tea and a biscuit! If you can’t make the weekly meeting, keep an eye out for the monthly evening PSA meeting. The format is much the same, except after the business is complete, we might stay for a social gathering.
Volunteer:
Our events only work if we have volunteers. You can do as much or as little as you wish. We’re grateful for every helping hand and appreciate your support.

When shopping at our delightful local independent bookshop, mention that you’re a West Hampstead parent, and they’ll give the school a donation (at no cost to you).

You're welcome to make a monetary donation, but we also love items.
Whether it’s cakes for the cake sale, books for the book swap, toys or prizes for the summer or winter fair or most importantly your time, it all helps make the events successful and more enjoyable!
We REALLY appreciate your time - sharing tasks means there is less to do for everyone!
We are also always collecting items we can use at our events. These include:
- books;
- party bag fillers;
- tombola items;
- raffle and auction prizes;
- costumes, etc etc
Matched funding:
Many companies operate matched funding programmes. If your workplace does, please consider whether you can obtain matched funding for the PSA.
